Over the years, there have been many people asking me where they can play Xiangqi locally. After much contemplation, I have decided to make an INFORMAL list of where you can play Xiangqi locally. The recommendations by the World Xiangqi Federation will be adhered.

• b) Time. When people can gather to play Xiangqi.
