Shan Qing Tang Plum Flower Manual Volume 3 Boards 01-06

There was no common theme for Volume 3.

The first board discussed the Horse vs. Pawn Opening.
The second and third board analyzed the Pawn Opening vs. Thundering Defense.
The 4th board studied the Cross Palace Cannon vs. Left Central Cannon Opening.
The final two boards were discussions of handicap matches whereby Red would give up his Red Cannon. Again, this was also unusual as the Horse is usually given up in material handicap matches.
